Description:

Photos show views of the house located at 63 Albion Street on the north side of the street between Main Street and North Avenue. The Federal Style house was built between 1845 and 1850 by J.D. Mansfield not long after Albion Street was laid out, but it is more closely identified with John Jenkins, a provisions dealer who owned it from the late 19th century into the early 20th. The house now contains professional offices. Photos taken at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008.;Detailed entry in building survey, "The cultural resources of Wakefield", pD21.
