The 1924 House has been part of the school's mobile campus history. I started out at 23 Porter Street, also known as Highland Extension and as Back Road. It was on the site of the Memorial Gymnasium. in 1890, it was moved across the street to the present site of the cage, when the gym was built. In 1901, it then moved to Great Quad Road. The building of Gelb Center had it on the road again, stopping near the Fuess House dormitory. This photograph has half the house on a flat bed truck heading off to its current location.
