The Abbot Rabbit was Anne Reiss' attempt to introduce a mascot without the competitive nature of the Gargoyles vs Griffins. The 1958 school yearbook, The Circle, featured cartoons of the Abbot Rabbit throughout the pages. Many years later at the 50th reunion this shirt made an appearance.
